1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 additional business days. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 9 business days from the date of purchase. This estimate includes the 1 to 2 business days required for order processing.

4. Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered in good condition and within the stated timeframe.

5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's tracking portal.

6. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your purchase date, please contact us at support@meroty.com and we will investigate promptly.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@meroty.com — we will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched.
